Wow, that's an awesome list of goals, may you find success, I love so many of your ideas and goals! Maybe we could do a few together, I have been intrigued by the raw food idea as of lately, though I know I'd never choose to live on raw foods alone, I'd love to incorporate them into my life.
I love cooking and reading, and I'm itching to try my hand at canning. I'm thoroughly excited to see how things go for you

I would love to do a few of them together! The Whole Foods on Fort Union Blvd. and the Sunflower Market by us has the raw foods classes. We should coordinate and go to them. Thanks for the encouragement!
